Because we’re a small farm, our lavender is harvested by hand and steam distilled on the property immediately after being cut; ensuring a wonderfully intense aroma along with a heightened efficacy. Whether you prefer the more robust, delicious aroma of Grosso or the slightly sweeter, intoxicating fragrance of Royal Velvet, the benefits are similar and numerous. In addition to the unique and ongoing enlivening work, another beneficial component affecting our plants is having fields that are 2,300 feet above sea level. Lavender grown at higher altitude naturally produces more "linalool", a component of essential oil found to reduce stress and improve sleep. Our high altitude pure essential oils and hydrosol mists are harvested by hand and steam distilled on property immediately after harvest, ensuring a more intense aroma and heightened efficacy.
